INKOMPASS is a unique PAID internship program at Philip Morris International (PMI) which enables you to DISCOVER yourself through a CREATIVE, DYNAMIC and culturally diverse ENVIRONMENT.
You will be given the opportunity to work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop professional profile while receiving personalized feedback and orientation. The goal of the program is to prepare you for a fulfilling career, giving you a chance of receiving a job offer with Philip Morris International even before you graduate!

Lead all human-interface service and sales channels (excluding Digital and e-Commerce), all commercial operations and commercial capability building, and facilitates our commercial strategy development and prioritization from an enterprise perspective.
Responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, managing employee experience journey, talent management & development, and retire) and administering employee benefits. It is called Human Resources in other companies.
Shapes a reasonable regulatory and fiscal environment sustaining business continuity, gives opportunities for business growth, paves the way for Smoke-free Future, and provides adult smokers who would otherwise continue smoking with access to smoke-free alternatives.

The In-Person Interview is an integral part of our process, so unfortunately we will be unable to consider applicants who are unable to attend the In-Person Interview.
The In-Person Interviews will take place over two days, May 19 and 20. Depending on the functions you're interested in and your assessment results, you will be scheduled for one of these dates.
Yes. You will be informed of your application progress during each step of the process by your registered email. Whether or not you meet the criteria to progress on to the next application step, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 2-3 weeks of completing an application step, please contact us at inkompass.global@pmi.com.
The internship period is from July 1st to August 29th, 2025, totaling 9 weeks.
PMI practices flexible working arrangements. From Monday to Thursday, work hours are 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM; on Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
We offer one of the most competitive salaries for internship programs in Taiwan, plus we offer flexible working hours. You will get to work in an open-space office and virtually, which will allow you to learn and interact with the key players of our business daily.
Every INKOMPASS intern will receive day-to-day guidance and support from their Mentor, who has the same function as a supervisor. He/she will introduce you to your project, clarify expectations, guide you on a day-to-day basis, and provide you with feedback.
In addition, you will also receive support from:
- Your PROJECT SPONSOR, who will ensure you have everything you need in terms of resources and budget to execute your proposals.
- Your BUDDY, who will help you answer general questions and network with different people and departments in the company.
Your MENTOR and PROJECT SPONSOR will provide you with feedback throughout your INKOMPASS experience.
