Evaluation
If you meet the criteria for paid internship in Türkiye, you’ll be invited to online assesments which will evaluate your proficiency in English, communication and problem-solving skills.

Virtual Assessment Day
If you are successful with step 2, you will get invited to a virtual assessment day. Here you will participate in group case / competency based interview with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

Real job experiences we are accepting applications for
Rotational Experience provides end-to-end experience in Production, Quality, Supply Chain and other relevant functions. It is designed as an opportunity only for students who are studying outside İzmir and Manisa.
It consists of:
- 3 months on-site at the production site in İzmir for the summer period (July-August-September).
- Accommodation support will be provided for this period.
- 8 months remote in selected relevant functions (from October to May).
In the Production & Quality departments, you will learn about different methodologies and continuous improvement in the production environment. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the manufacturing projects related to the setting of the new standards and processes in production, development and automatization of reporting processes, factory logistic initiatives, usage of renewable energy sources and maintenance strategy and activities.
Onsite (İzmir)
As a Inkompass Finance Intern, you will join a highly professional finance team and support activities such as: financial planning and analysis, cost controlling, cycle reporting, accounting review and implementation of new processes.
Join our Finance team and gain an understanding of multinational company practices, car fleet & real estate management and finance processes and standards. You will work on a new model and implementation of tools for tracking costs for our market and central functions.

Do you see yourself in Supply Chain? By joining this internship you will work along with our production teams on tasks related to brand allocation, frequency monitoring and action planning. You will gain understanding of how large systems operate in a global environment.

As an IT Inkompass Intern you will have an opportunity to see first-hand how tech elements have a direct impact on the business processes within the industry. You will collaborate with IT Project Managers and Analysts to implement and develop new technologies.

B2B Marketing
As a part of Portfolio team, you will actively support portfolio planning efforts and commercialization initiatives by contributing with fresh ideas to B2B marketing plans. You will participate in the preparation of Marketing campaigns and collaborate with different stakeholders (creative agencies and internal stakeholders) while supporting the development of communication plans, campaigns, and product launches.
Sales
By joining the Sales team you will get the opportunity to participate in tasks related to sales planning and analytics, customer management and commercial strategies and will participate in trade cycle planning activities to understand deployment structure.
Digital
Would you like to start your career working with business, technology experts, vendors by using different systems? If your field of interest lies within digital acquisition and eCommerce, you should join our B2B Digital team!
