How to apply? Applying for INKOMPASS is a very simple process and takes only a few minutes. All you have to do is fill out the application for the internship program.

  • Application

    Go to the “Explore Opportunities” page and select your country of internship. Visit your country page and check the internships available. Review the details and apply for the opportunity you want.

  • Evaluation

    If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

  • In-person Assessment Day

    If you were successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

  • Internship Offer

    Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for

As an intern in IT, you will contribute to an exciting digital project by predominantly unearthing and providing visibility on key indicators that help enhance the business process as well as the consumers’ online purchasing experience. Additionally, you will have a chance to learn, first-hand, what goes on in the background with the complex logistics flow of ecommerce processes starting from the website, the logistics partners, all the way to the invoicing solutions.

As a part of the Combustible Product Category Portfolio and Brand Marketing team, you will actively support commercialization initiatives by contributing in the deployment of new digital channels of B2C communication. Through this exciting opportunity you will be collaborating with different stakeholders across GCC markets.

As a part of the Brand Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the team in driving our brands’ awareness, educated awareness and equity by developing and executing strategic brand campaigns that effectively communicate our brands’ value propositions across various channels and platforms. You will assist with developing comprehensive brand campaign, conduct data analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, key target audiences, etc., provide brand and content ideas, build omni-channel campaigns, and actively support commercialization initiatives and marketing calendar planning.

By joining the Middle East Communications Team at PMI, you will play an active role as well as gaining comprehensive expertise in developing Digital Communications Campaigns, from strategic planning to execution. The role not only offers hands-on experience in content creation and corporate social media management, but also provides a holistic understanding of the communications department integration and how digital communications play a big supportive role the broader framework. This exciting opportunity will allow you to apply strategic thinking while discovering opportunities to collaborate and network with stakeholders from across the region including, the Global PMI Communications Team.

Our Finance team serves as a “co-pilot” to Middle East business, balancing an analytical and commercial mindset to be collaborative business partners. The Business Planning team leads, advises, and supports in portfolio & pricing decisions, scenario planning and budget cycles, including industry profitability models. They form a vital link between markets, commercial and operations / supply chain teams. The Strategy & Program Delivery team adopts a mid-to-long term view to support in the development of the cluster’s strategic priorities. It also takes a hands-on role in understanding new business opportunities and projects to widen our portfolio of Smoke Free Products. By joining the Finance team you will get exposure to work with BD&P or Strategy and Program delivery team.

As a part of Lower Gulf Team, you will have the opportunity to explore the commercial foundations of FMCG business. First you will join the Market Team in the field, and later Commercial Planning & Digital Deployment. (Add full stop) during (During) your assignment you will have the chance to:

  • Learn trade foundations in different channels (General Trade, Key Accounts, Wholesale)
  • Deploy physical & digital toolboxes
  • Analyze sales data and derive action plans
  • Forecasting
  • Monitor and follow up on all deployment activities
  • Participate in digital content creation & deployment

As a Commercial Planning intern supporting Duty Free business, you will support different team activities to get rounded experience, with focus on Execution Excellence Guidebook Project, covering below main activities:

  • Support to Commercial Planning Manager in development of comprehensive travel retail deployment guidelines.
  • Deployment of all elements of EEG in Dubai Airport (primary placement, secondary placement, visibility, activation calendar, etc.)
  • Adjustment of EEG to all other MEA locations
  • Accountability of tracking and KPI setting for EEG deployment

As a Middle East Deployment intern supporting Duty Free business, you will support different team activities to get rounded experience, with focus on the launch of newest IQOS edition in Dubai Duty Free, covering below main activities:

  • Close collaboration with Customer Development, Consumer Experience and Commercial Planning Managers in deployment plan preparation
  • Observation of deployment process (deployment plan, supplier negotiations, internal stakeholders’ alignment, etc)
  • Regular airport visits to monitor new launch deployment and gather consumer insights.
  • Tracking and monitoring of KPIs after the launch.
