INKOMPASS is a unique internship program at Philip Morris International (PMI) In Georgia that enables you to DISCOVER yourself through challenges and cultural diversity. With our paid internship in Georgia, you will be given the opportunity to:
- Work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop portable skills
- Build an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
- Receive personalized feedback and COACHING
Who can apply for the paid internships in Georgia? For the summer internships in Georgia, we are looking for students who are:
- Georgian Native speaker, Fluent in English
- University students in their last year of Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or graduates of 2023 & 2024
- Have a thirst for learning and are willing to boost their career
How to apply? Applying for one of our summer internships at INKOMPASS in Georgia is a very simple process and only takes a few minutes. All you have to do is fill out the application for the internship program.

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you'll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

In-person Assessment Day
If you were successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates for paid internships in Georgia!

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for
We are looking for candidates to consolidate the investment and overhead rolling forecast budget and track it against actuals. Ideal candidates should be at least in their 3rd year of a bachelor's program in finance, business, or economics, with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in financial software.
We are looking for candidates to support the management of the marketing project and and product communication campaigns. Candidates should have a background in marketing, design, or digital marketing, with strong collaboration and creativity skills, with a good understanding of the target market and proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
We are looking for candidates to integrate all reports into Power BI to improve analytics. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI, advance Excel knowledge.
