How to apply for our internship in Brazil? Applying for INKOMPASS is a very simple process and takes only a few minutes. All you have to do is fill out the application for one of our internships in Brazil.

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited for an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills. Once you clear the assessment, you will be invited to a video interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills.

Assessment
If you were successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an offer for one of our internships in Brazil. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

In Leaf team you will contribute to the development and improvement of sustainable agriculture strategies impacting the global tobacco production, driving social and environmental sustainable tobacco production. You will be part of a concrete project and help PMI leaf agricultural programs in Brazil to ensure the availability of tobacco that meets PMI requirements. You will also participate and promote a continuous improvement culture in the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices and diversification where applicable.
