  • Armenian native speakers, fluent in English
  • University students in their last year of Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or graduates of 2023 & 2024
  • Have a thirst for learning and are willing to boost their career

How to apply for a paid internship in Armenia? Applying for INKOMPASS is a very simple process and takes only a few minutes. All you have to do is fill out the application for the internship program.

  • Application

    the "Explore Opportunities" page and select your country of internship. Visit your country page and check the internships available. Review the details and apply for the opportunity you want.

  • Evaluation

    If you meet the criteria, you'll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

  • In-person Assessment Day

    If you were successful with step 2 for paid internships in Armenia, you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

  • Internship Offer

    Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for

We are looking for interns to support the Contract Template Library Rejuvenation project in Armenia. Ideal candidates should have experience in working with contracts, proficiency in English (at least B2) and Armenian (native), and knowledge of Microsoft Word and SharePoint. Additionally, candidates should be open-minded, eager to learn, inquisitive, punctual, and able to escalate issues when necessary.

We are looking for interns to support the Brand Engagement Programs. Key requirements include strong analytical skills (mandatory) and experience in marketing content/programs development (desirable).

We are looking for interns to support the exploration of food 3D printing technology. Ideal candidates should have basic knowledge of laboratory equipment, proficiency in basic laboratory techniques, and an understanding of safety protocols. Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential. An engineering or natural science background is an advantage.

We are looking for interns to support the building and maintenance of the External Innovation Hub. Ideal candidates should be flexible, fast learners with strong analytical and creative thinking skills. We are looking for interns to assist in managing software development projects, integrating aspects of project management, software development, DevOps, and scripting.

We are looking for interns to support business operations with planning and project management. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Business Administration or Finance, project management skills (PMP is a plus), and an interest in project management tools like JIRA. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with strong analytical abilities, are essential.

We are looking for interns to support explorations in the areas of ML/AI/GenAI. Ideal candidates should have skills in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, data analysis and scraping, and experience with Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, and AWS Services for ML/AI. Tasks include text labeling and summarization, computer vision applications, and NLP tasks for fault detection and root cause analysis.

We are looking for Data Analytics interns to support L4 device log analysis and automation, tactical dashboard maintenance for TL&G, and Python framework standardization for lab reporting and analytics. Ideal candidates should have skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau. Tasks include creating a reliable data-log analysis visualization system, maintaining and improving dashboards, and developing a standardized Python framework for lab reporting and analytics.

We are looking for interns to support the development and maintenance of a newly created data warehouse. Ideal candidates should have basic knowledge of SQL (mandatory) and Python (advantageous). The intern will be responsible for one of the modules of the solution, with specifics defined on-spot.

We are looking for interns to support statistical data analysis, design of experiments, and power analysis. Ideal candidates should be able to tackle real-world problems from product development, quality control, and consumer science teams, guiding scientists in making data-driven decisions. Skills in exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, regression and classification analysis, and familiarity with tools like R, Markdown, Quarto, Shiny, and SAS are advantageous.
