INKOMPASS is a unique internship program at Philip Morris International (PMI) In Armenia that enables you to DISCOVER yourself through challenges and cultural diversity. With our paid internship in Armenia, you will be given the opportunity to:
- Work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop portable skills
- Build an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
- Receive personalized feedback and COACHING
Who can apply for the paid internships in Armenia? For the summer internships in Armenia, we are looking for students who are
- Armenian native speakers, fluent in English
- University students in their last year of Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or graduates of 2022 & 2023
- Have a thirst for learning and are willing to boost their career
How to apply for a paid internship in Armenia? Applying for INKOMPASS is a very simple process and takes only a few minutes. All you have to do is fill out the application for the internship program.

Application
Go to the “Explore Opportunities” page and select your country for paid internships in Armenia. Visit your country page and check the internships available. Review the details and apply for the opportunity you want.

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team-building and problem-solving skills for paid internships in Armenia. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

In-person Assessment Day
If you were successful with step 2 for paid internships in Armenia, you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for
As a Communications Intern, you’ll support the company’s communication strategy by managing daily news and analysis. You’ll bring a mix of writing skills, creative passion, curiosity, and operational rigor. Additionally, you’ll assist the Corporate Communications team in delivering clear and concise messages to both internal and external audiences. Your responsibilities will also include developing compelling communication plans while maintaining a consistent and professional tone.

Join the Commercial Team to gain experience in one of the most dynamic business environments. Your responsibilities will include creating reports for integration in Power BI and conducting different analysis.
As a Smoke-Free Products Acquisition intern you will lead Performance management for Boots on the ground.
As a Smoke-Free Products Retention intern you will support and monitoring of the Trade-in program deployment.
