What transformation did you go through after you enrolled in the INKOMPASS internship program?

I had enrolled in the INKOMPASS internship program as a student, but I was still given complete responsibility and ownership of my project. This played a significant role in my transformation as it helped me gain confidence to accomplish my goals. I developed soft skills as I met and communicated with a diverse group of people. The program also offered a chance to master various tools that are required to gain hard skills. With these skills, I got an overview of the company’s core business vision.

According to you, how is the internship experience beneficial to one’s journey at PMI?

PMI is organized in its operations. As I collaborated with my team, I could utilize and enhance my skills. The internship program helped me understand how business operations are conducted in different markets. My mentor boosted my confidence and offered valuable guidance. The skills and experience acquired during the internship helped me in transforming from an intern to a trainee.

PMI’s vision of a smoke-free future is one of the prime reasons why I enrolled in this internship program. I believe it’s a brave innovation that will change the world. This is a major reform for the entire industry.

How do you feel about contributing to a smoke-free future?

I would like to contribute to PMI's vision of a smoke-free future by communicating and working with the market which is the backbone of our business. I feel this is a big step towards an innovative future and I would be glad to see everyone access this useful resource.
