Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

In-person Assessment Day
If you were successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for
As a part of Indirect Retail Team, you will be involved in a variety of exciting projects that have direct impact on the business success. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to key aspects of retail operations, from market research and market analysis to program implementation and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with market initiatives: Conduct field visits to retail partners and ensuring awareness of key programs like DTE, and IQOS consumer programs.
- Analyze market trends: Identify emerging trends, provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Contribute to program implementation and execution: Assist with the successful implementation and execution of agreed-upon commercial plans, ensuring seamless roll-out and achieving set KPIs.
- Prepare reports and presentations: Develop concise and informative reports and presentations, communicating key findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
As a part of the Category Development team, the program objective is to spearhead initiatives to propel the growth of the Smoke-Free Products category in Kuwait. Lead initiatives focused on accelerating quality awareness and brand equity. Additionally, the intern will oversee the flawless execution of IQOS Master program, MGM, accessing new communities through offline and online activations. This multifaceted role requires strong project management skills, including planning, negotiation, vendor vetting and selection, and logistics coordination.
Furthermore, the intern will support the Business Planning department in ad-hoc reporting, modelling, and analysis of the category/market for both internal / external presentations. The intern will also engage with external vendors, suppliers, and potential partners to negotiate and activate activities aimed at marketing the Smoke-Free Products category.
