INKOMPASS is a global internship program by Philip Morris International that enables you to discover yourself by working in a creative, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment. When you apply for our internship in Australia, you will be given an opportunity to:

Who can apply for our internship program in Australia? We are looking for students who are:
- Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Permanent Resident
- By January 2025, applicants should be completing 2nd year of undergraduate studies (3-year undergraduate degree) or completing 3rd year of undergraduate studies (4-year undergraduate degree) OR completing their final year.

Application

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria for the paid internship in Australia, you’ll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building, and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

In-person Assessment Day
If you are successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates for a paid internship in Australia.

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an offer for an internship in Australia. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.
